Authentic Compassionate Therapy

Here at ACWS our aim is to provide comprehensive health and wellness services with holistic approaches. We recognize the need for health and wellness supports especially during this covid19 crisis and social unrest as a result of racial inequality. Hence, providing services in the mode we are offering is an effective way in helping clients deal with their personal issues and problems, and to help increase a sense of hope.

As human being, everything we do, believe, feel, and think, has an effect on our state of well-being.  Wellness requires living our lives to the fullest potential where our mental, emotional, spiritual, social and physical beings interact and are in harmony.   The ultimate goals are to cope with difficult situations and balance emotions, use rational thinking to function, adapt to the changing social and environmental conditions, finding the meaning of life and sense of purpose, and promote health-related practices.

  1. Very professional service, a reassuring, listening ear where judgement is never passed and the feeling of therapy is not taxing or overbearing. If you’ve never tried therapy before or feel as if therapy is a dead end, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by seeking out a session.
